Zartan was released as part of the third series (1984) packaged with exclusively with the Chameleon Swamp Skier. He was also sold in 1985, then was discontinued domestically in 1986.
Condition: one arm and one knee are loose and there is some damage to the hood (shown in photos). There is also some minor paint wear but otherwise the figure is in good condition. Near complete - missing knee pads but comes with all other accessories shown in photo.
