Free in-store pick up is available at our retail store at 385 Frederick Street, Kitchener, Ontario. Please wait until you receive an email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before heading to our store. This is typically within 24hrs of an order being placed. You can pick up your items any time during our regular store hours.
