Furniture Donation Pickup

We provide curbside pickup for furniture donations for a cost of $25+tax! If you'd like to schedule a pickup, simply call us at (519) 579‑4116 ext. 201 or email kitchener_furniture@missionthriftstore.com.

How to Donate Furniture

  1. Send Us a Photo – Please email one or more clear images of the furniture you’d like to donate. This helps us assess size, condition, and suitability for pickup. Include dimensions and any known issues (e.g., scratches, broken legs).

  2. Contact Us to Schedule – Once we’ve reviewed the photos, we’ll reach out to arrange a convenient pickup time that fits your schedule.

  3. Pickup Day – On your scheduled day, place the furniture at the curb or a visible area outside your home. Our team will collect it—no heavy lifting on your part.

Pickup Hours & Availability

Our typical pickup hours are:
Monday to Saturday: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
We aim to accommodate your schedule but if these times don’t work, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
